BUILDING

Every arrival is a departure from the ordinary.

A sanctuary above the city.

Rising above Biscayne Bay, Anantara Residences Miami brings resort living, private residences and five-star hospitality together within one sculptural destination. Shaped by light, water and the movement of the coastline, the tower introduces a calmer rhythm to the energy of Miami.

The quiet luxury of living with intention.

More than a collection of residences, the building is conceived as a fully integrated way of life. Over 50 floors bring together 100 private residences, 120 resort residences and 54 guest suites, alongside expansive vitality, dining and social experiences. Every element has been considered to balance connection and retreat, energy and restoration, hospitality and privacy.

Its sculptural form is shaped to capture natural light, air and expansive views across Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic and the city skyline, creating a continuous relationship between architecture and the outdoors. Expressive yet composed, the building is conceived as a defining presence on the Miami horizon.

Beautiful interiors are not simply visual - they are experiences that transform the way we feel and live within a space.

A sense of ease.

Patricia Urquiola brings a distinctly human sensibility to the interiors, balancing contemporary sophistication with warmth and comfort. Texture, natural materials and carefully considered details create spaces that feel tactile, calm and deeply livable rather than formal. From stone and natural wood to the relationship between light, proportion and movement, the interiors are composed to feel effortless, spaces made not simply to be admired, but to be lived in.
