The Collective
Team
A collective of shared vision and distinct expertise, brought together
to shape something extraordinary.
Shaped By Vision.
A singular vision brought to life by some of the world’s most accomplished minds in development, architecture, interiors, landscape and hospitality. Together, they bring global perspective and local understanding to create a destination shaped around design, wellbeing and the Anantara way
of living.
Exceptional places begin with exceptional collaboration. Anantara Residences Miami brings together a team distinguished not simply by what they have created, but by how they approach design, with an understanding of place and experience. Each discipline contributes to one cohesive vision, from the silhouette of the tower to the materials within, the landscape beyond and the rituals of daily life.
Developer
One Thousand Group

Miami-based 1000 Group is known for taking on ambitious projects that push the boundaries of design and development. Its portfolio includes some of the city’s most distinctive residential addresses, among them One Thousand Museum by Zaha Hadid Architects, Regalia, Ten Museum Park, Paramount on the Bay, Four Seasons and Villa Miami. The group approaches development through a collaborative, design-led lens, bringing together internationally recognized talent to create buildings intended to leave a lasting mark on their cities. Across its portfolio, 1000 Group has delivered more than 10 million square feet and nearly 20,000 residences representing over $8 billion in value.
At Anantara Residences Miami, that experience is brought together with Anantara, KPF, Studio Urquiola and a global creative team around a shared vision for a new kind of Miami living.
Brand
Minor Hotels & Anantara

Born in Thailand, Anantara takes its name from the Sanskrit meaning “without end”, an expression of discovery, new horizons and the journey of life. What began in Hua Hin in 2001 has grown into a world of extraordinary destinations, from the landscapes of Thailand and the Maldives to Oman, Rome and beyond. Across more than 50 hotels and resorts, every setting tells a different story, yet each is connected by the same spirit of discovery, immersive experience and heartfelt hospitality.
Design Architecture
Kohn Pedersen Fox

For five decades, Kohn Pedersen Fox has shaped architecture at the scale of the city. Founded in New York in 1976, the global practice is known for landmark buildings that respond to context while advancing the possibilities of structure, form and performance. Its portfolio includes One Vanderbilt in New York, Shanghai World Financial Center, Lotte World Tower in Seoul, International Commerce Centre in Hong Kong and Roppongi Hills Mori Tower in Tokyo. At Anantara Residences Miami, KPF translates the fluidity of Miami’s coastline into a sculptural tower shaped around movement, light and expansive views. The architecture is conceived to maintain a continuous relationship with the outdoors, giving the building a presence that feels expressive yet calm.
Architecture
ODP Architects

ODP Architects brings deep experience in South Florida architecture and an understanding of the complexities of designing for Miami’s urban and waterfront environment. The full-service architecture and design practice has contributed to projects ranging from high-rise residential towers to hospitality, commercial and private residential work, with notable Miami experience including One Thousand Museum and Paramount.
That local knowledge brings an important counterpoint to the project’s international design perspective — helping translate an ambitious global vision into architecture grounded in the realities, climate and character of South Florida.
Interior Design
Studio Patricia Urquiola

Spanish-born and Milan-based Patricia Urquiola is one of contemporary design’s most influential creative voices. Since founding Studio Urquiola in 2001, her practice has moved fluidly between architecture, interiors, product design, art direction and strategy, always beginning with the relationship between people and the spaces or objects they inhabit. Hospitality portfolio includes Il Sereno on Lake Como, Mandarin Oriental Barcelona, Four Seasons Milano and Six Senses Rome. At Anantara Residences Miami, Urquiola brings that human-centered sensibility to spaces defined by warmth, tactility and ease, sophisticated without feeling formal, and composed around how life naturally unfolds.
Landscape Architecture
P Landscape

Founded in Bangkok in 1997, P Landscape is an international landscape architecture and design studio specializing in high-end hospitality, resort and residential environments. Its work is rooted in the belief that landscape extends beyond the physical site, bringing together culture, ecology, creativity and local heritage to deepen the relationship between people and nature.
At Anantara Residences Miami, that philosophy creates a natural bridge between the project’s Thai origins and its tropical Miami setting. Water, greenery and movement are composed into immersive outdoor environments that feel layered and restorative, carrying the atmosphere of retreat from arrival through the gardens and amenity spaces.
